About The Playbook Agency: We help ambitious SaaS, Web3, and B2B companies streamline and automate their inbound and outbound sales efforts. As the only outbound operations agency led by two ex-SaaS revenue leaders, we understand the challenges GTM team faces and build the right systems to drive better conversations with higher-quality accounts. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Cold Email Copywriter to craft compelling, results-driven email campaigns that capture the attention of our B2B audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing engaging cold emails that drive responses, and conversions. This role involves creating personalized, strategic content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our clients brand voice and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Engaging Message: Develop and write highly effective cold email campaigns that resonate with our clients B2B audience, focusing on personalization and relevance.

  • Conduct Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform and enhance email content.

  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and ops team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

  • Optimize for Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor email performance, refine strategies, and improve conversions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B writing or copywriting, preferably in cold email campaigns.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Clay, Slack, and email/linkedin marketing platforms.

  • Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to write engaging, concise content across various formats and adapt to changing marketing strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze data and improve email performance.
