Seeking Clay Expert for Government Sector Lead Enrichment Project

Hey all, this isn’t a full time opp (it will become one) so unsure if it’s the wrong place to post. Looking for a clay expert who has experience with building clay tables specifically focused on govtech/government/public sector in the U.S. The goal would be to build out some enrichment tables for HubSpot/salesforce (backfill data), create lead lists based on a customer list (geo targeted) and enrich leads entering our top of funnel. Does anyone know of someone with this experience? Thanks so much!
