Looking for a GTM E role at Bravado. 👇
The GTM engineer is a role that blends strategy, data, automation, and AI to create an outsized impact in GTM. It gives companies the power of hundreds of sales and ops people with just one person and a handful of tools. (a fraction of the cost) What does a GTM Engineer actually do? • Sales Processes: builds automated workflows that handle outreach and inbound engagement • Lead Scoring: leverages AI to enrich and prioritize leads more effectively. • Targeted Plays: launches curated, data-driven outreach campaigns based on buyer signals. • Revenue Growth: develops strategies to upsell and expand optimal customer accounts. What makes a great GTM Engineer? • Systems Oriented: understands how sales, operations, and automation work together. Deep experience working with CRMs and sales engagement platforms. • Data Oriented: ability to identify patterns, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and turn raw data into actionable insights. • Process Oriented: continuously experiments, refines, and scales processes to improve efficiency. This is the future of GTM And the time to capitalize is now. ••• I think Yair’s post is spot on. The smartest GTM teams are looking to scale with AI/automation (to be more thoughtful and creative, not for spray and pray), instead of headcount alone. And the GTM Engineer is a critical role in this new world. (Yes, the top 1% of RevOps or Growth folks have already been doing this.) I am looking to place a GTM Engineer at one of my consulting clients, Bravado. I’m working directly with their CEO—the legend, and one of the biggest advocates for Sales—Sahil Mansuri. Ideal candidate: - You have been using Clay for 6+ months - You love using AI - You can come up with new ideas for sales Plays - You’re excited/motivated by a performance-based comp plan w/ lots of upside - You want to help drive pipeline at scale - You are excited to ship things yourself - Ideally, you have a background in sales or sales development - You’ve used Apollo (Sequencing + Workflows), RB2B, & other tools - Remote ok - They’re open to contractor or contract-to-hire or FTE (just want the best fit) - You do not need to know how to code (but nice if you do) - OTE: $120K-$200K+ (depending on experience/fit) If you’re interested, please fill out this 3-question survey: https://lnkd.in/g-qkwDFW

Is 25%-50% part-time OK?
Is it 100% OTE?
Dante E. good questions:
$120K base, $200K OTE (as an anchor, depending on experience)

I think it’s fair to update this thread. We looked at all candidates and got back to each. Thx for everyone’s interest!
