Cold Email Expert Needed for B2B & Investment Fund Lead Generation

We are a results-driven cold email agency specializing in helping both B2B companies and investment funds generate leads and secure meetings. We are looking for a Cold Email Expert to manage outreach campaigns from A to Z. You must understand the differences between B2B and investment fund outreach and be able to optimize campaigns accordingly. This role offers flexibility in working hours (Freedom with responsibility) but requires a results-oriented mindset. The base salary is $500/month per client account worked on + commission for hitting KPIs. Responsibilities • Provide weekly email updates and conduct bi-weekly update calls with clients • Create, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns • Launch 2-3 new campaigns each week, adjusting based on results • Continuously A/B test and refine email outreach strategies • Ensure best practices for email deliverability, including inbox rotation and placement tests • Manage inboxes and respond to prospects promptly • Warm calling • Build intent-based lead lists using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Ocean, Crunchbase, NFX Signal, and others • Personalize outreach at scale using AI & automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay) Cold Email & Lead Generation Softwares • Sending platforms: Smartlead, EmailBison, Instantly • Lead databases: Apollo, Crunchbase, Ocean, NFX Signal, etc. • AI prompting: ChatGPT • Data enrichment: Clay What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in cold email outreach & lead generation • Strong understanding of deliverability & inbox management • Data-driven & results-oriented—you should constantly optimize to hit KPIs • Ability to work independently while taking full ownership of results • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking) If this sounds like you, please apply by sending me a DM explaining why you would be a good fit, along with your experience with cold emailing in a brief Loom video.
