Hey, I am looking for some data experts that would be open to have a conversation together with me about what is the best data sources to use to build great list of companies and contacts for our sales team. Currently I am using a set-up where Apollo is my main source of data and then I use Clay to enrich and push to HubSpot. We are reaching the limit of what Apollo can provide with our Dutch market and I need to find other alternatives for the data source. Important is that we can get the technographic data (Companies using WordPress). I have tested BuiltWith and Wappalayze but with bad results (they are not accurate enough). So anyone that could help me shed some light on what other options is out there except; Lusha, Zoominfo, Kasper, Cognism, I would really appreciate. I have already tested them as well but without good results.
I would suggest separating Company and Contacts into 2 separate searches. Given your requirement for high end Technographics, take a look at HG Insights Contact data is a little different; you’ve used many of the providers for EMEA data, so this will be more difficult. Happy to chat about it all.
I've heard the tech stack data is meh
not a generic tech stack tool
for example
maybe finding lists of folks hiring wordpress developers etc
HG is well regarded as the highest quality technographics in the industry. They are on the premium side of cost, but have now integrated into Clay Regardless if you're looking for technographics to be 100% you will be disapointed, the data asset simply isn't that accurate, but it is directional. Try layering multiple technographics that paint a better picture of your ICP rather than just looking solely at 1. What combination of technographics make sense for your ICP --> the more data points, the stronger directionally accurate it will be
I'd recommend using Clayagent to scrape the site and look for fingerprints of Wordpress. Much more accurate and much cheaper than HG Insights. (i've used HG Insights many times in the past)
Michael V. i doubt claygent could surface this reliably
