Seeking Template for Prospecting Service Pricing Model

Hi everyone, Has anyone developed a pricing model for a prospecting service for clients that uses Clay credits as part of the process? I'm being asked if I can help identify and create a prospect list for a friend that they can do email outreach to. I'd like to go back with indicative pricing for supplying a list at break points of 100, 250, 500, 750 and 1000 prospects . This would include company and CxO details, LinkedIn URLs, domain details, overview, contact details including verified email and phone. Anyone got a template or something that I can use as a guide?
