We're hiring one GTM engineer at Heavn Media, remote, 15 to 18 LPA. -- $15k - $18k USD / Year We run cold email outbound for B2B clients and book meetings for agencies selling Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, AEO, and CRO. We send 500,000+ emails a month. The lists, the copy, the enrichment, the personalization, and the scripts that hold it all together are the product. This one owns the whole engine, not just a slice. You'd run the full pipeline end to end: sourcing, ICP qualification, enrichment, the email copy and personalization, launching and managing campaigns in Instantly/Smartlead, then reading the data and iterating. And you write the code for the last 20% Clay can't do natively (scraping ad libraries, scheduled 50k-row jobs, personalization that reasons over a site).
