Hiring a Head of Growth/GTM Engineer - Paris, FR We’re hiring a GTM Engineer / Head of Growth to own the system that puts Payflows in front of the finance and procurement leaders rebuilding their enterprises with AI. You’ll own the architecture beneath outbound, the signal layer, the data infrastructure, the reporting that tells us whether what we’re doing is working. You’ll define the roadmap, build it, and ship the results. This is an individual contributor role with a real mandate, build the growth function from scratch to a pipeline machine. You’ll work directly with our Global Head of GTM. Payflows is the agentic finance platform built for modern enterprises.
