π Weβre hiring 2 Junior GTM Engineers (Trainees) π Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (India) Start: 2β3 weeks Open positions: 2 Stipend / Salary: From INR 40,000/month, with scope to increase as you ramp up and start owning projects At TheClaygency.com, we design intelligent, scalable revenue systems for startups, enterprises, and professional practices β turning manual GTM into automated, AI-powered pipelines. This role is for early-career talent who want to learn GTM engineering with close guidance, structured training before graduating into full ownership. What youβll do (with guidance) Youβll start by shadowing and assisting senior GTM engineers and gradually take on more responsibility:
- 1.
Support in building end-to-end lead engines (sourcing β enrichment β routing β sequencing β attribution)
- 2.
Help set up automations using AI tools (OpenAI/Anthropic) + enrichment APIs
- 3.
Assist in running multi-channel outbound (email + LinkedIn) with good deliverability hygiene
- 4.
Maintain basic CRM hygiene and workflows (HubSpot, etc.)
- 5.
Help orchestrate data flows across Clay, Apollo, Make/n8n/Zapier, webhooks & JSON
- 6.
Document what you build and share clear updates
- 7.
Learn to manage tasks across multiple client projects with increasing independence
Youβre a good fit if you:
Are early in your career (0β2 years experience) and want a deep, technical GTM skillset
Have a decent understanding of Clay, how it functions, how to use it effectively, etc.
Are comfortable with logic, and learning new tools quickly
Enjoy problem-solving and tinkering with workflows/automation
Write clearly and can follow detailed instructions
Are okay with a steep learning curve and frequent feedback
Bonus (nice-to-have, not mandatory):
Exposure to any of: Make/n8n/Zapier
Exposure to Instantly/Smartlead, LinkedIn outreach tools
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or JSON
Interest in cold email, RevOps, or B2B SaaS
