Remote GTM Engineer Position at Jaumatic: Join Our Innovative Team!
🌍 GTM Engineer — Remote (English or Spanish) Jaumatic is a GTM innovation company that builds AI-driven revenue systems for startups between $1M–$15M ARR. We blend neuroscience, automation, and storytelling to bridge silos between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Now, we’re looking for a GTM Engineer — someone who knows how to turn data into motion and workflows into growth. 🧠 What You’ll Do
Build and optimize AI-assisted GTM workflows using tools like Clay, Smartleads, and n8n (or similar automation platforms).
Design enrichment and outreach processes that connect the right message to the right prospect at the right time.
Create scalable lead-gen and email sequences that blend automation with a human touch.
Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to implement campaigns for Jaumatic and our clients.
Maintain and evolve integrations between marketing, CRM, and data tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, API connectors, etc.).
🧩 What You Bring
Fluency in English or Spanish (native or near-native level).
Proven experience with Clay and Smartleads (or equivalent tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist).
Comfort working with APIs, automations, and data enrichment logic.
Ability to debug, document, and iterate fast — curiosity is more important than perfection.
A builder’s mindset: you love crafting systems that save time, scale revenue, and make people go “whoa, that’s smart.”
💡 Bonus Points
Familiarity with n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or agency GTM setups.
Understanding of RevOps or AI-agent workflows.
You geek out on improving processes, not just executing them.
⚡ Why Jaumatic
Work with a global, experimental team obsessed with automation + human behavior.
Full remote, async-first culture.
Projects with real autonomy — you’ll own systems, not just tickets.
A chance to help shape how AI and automation redefine GTM for the next decade.
