Product thinking: translate support + customer reality into shipped solutions; operate well with ambiguity and incomplete specs.
AI-native dev: normal daily tooling to understand code, reason about changes, and accelerate delivery (early adopter mindset).
Cadence: full-time, fully remote, aligned to US East Coast hours; lean senior team, high autonomy + accountability.
