Join Virtual Internships as a Remote GTM Operator & Strategist
Hey Clay friends! The team at Virtual Internships is looking for an in-house GTM Operator & Strategist to join and help scale their B2B outbound engine. A few quick highlights:
About: A remote-first EdTech startup from the UK with ~100 team members across 20+ countries. Series A, backed by Sequoia, Kaplan, and more.
The role: You’ll be the engine behind our outreach to higher education partners worldwide—owning and optimising outbound campaigns, building scalable automations, and turning data into strategies that drive growth. Reporting directly to Head of Sales and working closely with their CEO.
Tools: 1+ year hands-on with Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Salesforce and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc) in managing high-volume campaigns.
You: Extensive experience in outbound/RevOps/GTMOps, ideally with sales experience or exposure to the full sales cycle.
