Set up and optimize email sequences with A/B/C testing across multiple variants

Implement trigger-based campaigns that catch prospects when they’re showing intent signals

Build CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce) that sync everything seamlessly

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

Handle lead management and handoff processes to ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Have experience with outbound tools like Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar platforms

Understand email deliverability fundamentals (domains, warming, infrastructure)

Can write compelling copy that gets responses (we’ll teach you our frameworks)

Are comfortable with automation tools and workflow builders
