Hiring GTM Engineer: Remote Full-Time Position Available!

We're hiring! GTM Engineer (Remote | EST Hours) With new clients coming on board, we are hiring an additional GTM Engineer to join our fulfillment team and own outbound campaign execution for B2B clients. If you’re detail-oriented, automation-savvy, and love working with data, this role is built for you. Remote | Full-Time | EST Hours Required Experience: 12+ months in data ops, lead gen, or outbound campaign execution Compensation: Base salary of $1,500–$2,500/month plus revenue bonuses (based on skill & experience) Performance-based raises and growth opportunities are available What You’ll Do Build & manage outbound campaigns in Clay + Instantly Enrich & QA lead data (AI prompts, scraping, verification) Upload and build lists from ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, scraped data etc. Maintain folders, naming conventions & documentation Align targeting with Strategy Lead + Copywriters Troubleshoot errors across workflows & integrations Tools You’ll Use Clay | Instantly | GoHighLevel | ClickUp | ZoomInfo | Apollo | LinkedIn | Google Sheets | Zapier | Make Requirements 12+ months in data-driven/marketing ops Skilled in list formatting, enrichment & Clay workflows Comfortable writing/testing AI prompts Detail-oriented, organized, fast learner Available during EST hours Fluent English, written and spoken No other active projects — this is a full-time position What We Offer Training in Clay, Instantly & internal SOPs Performance-first, fast-moving team Growth into senior ops/automation roles Remote flexibility + daily execution rhythm To Apply Fill in this questionnaire as the next step.
