About the Role:
As a customer success manager, your mission is to work with our clients to make sure they're getting as many quality leads while making the process friction-less for them.
This role will be client facing so good English is a must.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop outreach strategy with clients
- Craft compelling cold email copy
- Create targeted lead lists and personalizations with Clay
- Manage and monitor outreach campaigns
- Review client KPI's & optimize based on results
- Manage email deliverability & identify errors
- Available from 8am to 4pm PST, Monday-Friday
