Hiring Head of Client Delivery for Cold Email Company – Remote Role

Looking for a Head of Client Delivery to own our entire client operation - campaigns, relationships, retention. Not just a manager role. You'd actually run things. We're a cold email company that builds our own software instead of stitching together Instantly + Apollo. Half agency, half tech startup. Comp: $4-5k/month base + 20-30% of client performance fees (uncapped). Total comp $120-180k+ depending on how well you retain clients. You need to actually know cold email - write copy, understand deliverability, build lists. And be technical enough to troubleshoot without escalating everything to dev.
