Customer Success Manager (GTM & Project Lead) We're looking for builders and operators ready to become key players in a fast-growing GTM team. These roles sit at the core of what we do: ▸ Designing and executing GTM strategy ▸ Building the systems behind it ▸ Owning client relationships and outcomes end to end Senior GTM Engineer (min experience 3+ years!) - you will work directly on: → Outbound and ABM system design → Clay-powered data and enrichment workflows → Automation across email, LinkedIn, and CRM → AI-driven personalization at scale → Scraping, enrichment, and pipeline infrastructure Customer Success Manager - you will own: → Client relationships and day-to-day communication → Project timelines, deliverables, and accountability → Cross-team coordination and stakeholder alignment → Ensuring GTM systems actually deliver results → Retention, growth, and long-term client outcomes This is not a back-office CS role. We're looking for someone who gets energy from being in the room with clients and driving momentum. You should understand modern GTM tools like Clay and outbound systems. But the CSM role is about ownership and leadership, not being the most technical person in the room.
