Hiring Full-time GTME / Cold Email Specialist for US-based Lean Outbound Agency (Remote, Growth Opportunity)
Killers, I'm looking to hire a Full-time GTME / Cold Email Specialist About Us: Lean outbound agency operating in the US for over 2 years. We are now looking for someone to own and optimize cold email campaigns across our client portfolio, while also contributing to building out our internal GTM capabilities. You'll manage:
scraping + list building + enrichment
build and optimize cold email campaigns
deliverability + infrastructure
Bonus if you can help with basic automations and workflows using tools like Make or Zapier. The role:
Full-time (Ideally 10 am to 6 pm CET - but can be flexible)
Remote
Training provided
Base salary + performance pay
An early hire, so you'll have a lot of autonomy and opportunities for growth and impact
The ideal candidate:
Has 1-2 years of experience in the B2B space
Have successfully run outbound campaigns before
Cold email copywriting is a bonus, but not required
Is hungry for both financial and personal growth
