Hiring Remote Operations / Executive Assistant for Fast-Growing Company
Operations / Executive Assistant (Remote, International) We’re hiring a Type-A, highly autonomous Operations / Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of Simple X Scale. We’re growing very quickly, and this role is designed to grow with the business. This posting is for an immediate hire. About Simple X Scale Simple X Scale installs AI-powered outbound “sales pods” for B2B startups—combining data, automation, and human SDRs to rapidly test and scale go-to-market motions without adding headcount. The Role This is a high-trust, high-urgency role. You’ll help bring order to fast growth—owning operations, systems, and execution while working closely with the founder. What You’ll Do Own and organize processes, SOPs, and internal documentation Maintain and update client-facing collateral (decks, docs, summaries) Operate autonomously across tools (Clay (limited, not expecting expertise), Smartlead, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.) Onboard new clients and support active engagements
Act as an execution extension of the founder—identify gaps and close them
Keep multiple workstreams moving with speed and precision
What We’re Looking For Extremely Type-A, structured, and detail-oriented
Comfortable operating with little direction
High ownership, urgency, and internal standards
Strong written English and professional client presence
Prior ops / EA / chief-of-staff style experience preferred
Growth & Compensation Starting compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD / month, based on experience This is an early, foundational hire in a fast-growing company

Logistics
Remote (international only): Philippines, South Africa, or LATAM
Working hours: US-based timezone coverage (approx. 7am–3pm Pacific)
