Hiring Inbox Manager for B2B Cold Email Campaigns ā Full-Time Remote Role
Inbox Manager - B2B Cold Email (Full-Time, Remote) Company: The GTM Company Location: Remote (Worldwide) Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive (based on experience) About Us The GTM Company is a LinkedIn and email outbound agency managing campaigns for 10+ B2B SaaS clients. We also run Zero to $10M (Z10), a SaaS founder accelerator. We're growing fast and need someone to own inbox management across 5+ client accounts. The Role You'll be responsible for managing inboxes across multiple client campaigns, triaging replies, forwarding leads, handling out-of-office/bounces, and keeping deliverability healthy. This is the backbone of our operation. Day-to-day:
Monitor and manage replies across 5+ client inboxes (Instantly, Replyify, SmartLead, etc.)
Categorize replies: interested, not interested, OOO, bounce, unsubscribe
Forward positive/interested replies to clients or internal team
Flag deliverability issues (bounce spikes, spam complaints)
Maintain inbox hygiene and warmup schedules
Update CRM (Close) and Google Sheets with lead statuses
Assist with basic campaign QA before launch
You're a fit if you:
Have experience managing cold email inboxes or SDR/BDR operations
Know tools like Instantly, SmartLead, Replyify, Email Bison, or similar
Are organized, detail-oriented, and can handle volume
Can work independently across multiple accounts
Are comfortable with Google Sheets, CRMs, and Slack
Bonus: experience with Clay, HeyReach, or LinkedIn outbound
