We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to take full ownership of client delivery, team accountability, and outbound performance.
This role is built for operators who don’t just manage — they own the outcome.
What You’ll Own
* End-to-end accountability for GTM performance across client accounts
* Ownership of all outbound execution and delivery pipelines
* Playbook development, SOPs, and continuous training for team
* Gross margin tracking and client success metrics
* Supporting the founder by removing operational bottlenecks
Must have Clay and Cold Email Experience
