Assistance Needed: Enhancing Target Lists and Sequences for Loans

Im looking for some help in connecting some dots, updating some clay tables & lists... I have a good start going, and have instantly.ai all setup with 20 warmed up domains, sequences written with landing pages, etc... tied to our Go High Level CRM. Our target audience is private enders & brokers offering loans for fix & flip, brigde, DSCR rnetal & New construction and commercial real estate loans. too. Specifically I need help with building out the target list more using alternative sources like Google maps, & other data aggregators...
