This only works if you have one team that is not split by territories or company sizes. If I want to create custom assignments based on specific criteria, it's not possible to do that unless I create a new column for every new rule. Example: For SMB companies in AMER, round robin between these BDRs For SMB companies in EMEA round robin between these BDRs

Hi Petra, thanks for reaching out and sharing this feedback, this makes a lot of sense. I can definitely pass that request along to our team. However, before I do, I’m just curious—what’s the main goal or problem you’re trying to solve? Understanding this might help us offer the best solution for your needs! Feel free to share more details.

Got it Petra, thanks for this! We're always looking to make the product better and this feedback is super helpful for us. We're going to pass this over to our product team so they can better evaluate things and see if/where this might fit into the roadmap as a future improvement.

Hey Petra, I shared your feedback with our engineering team and they actually requested you try the Distribute Leads Weighted Round Robin feature and let us know if that addresses your concern. From here, you could have 2 distinct source tables * 1 for SMB in AMER * 1 for SMB in EMEA And then in your initial table, based on the condition, select the correct referenced table for your round robin. Feel free to give this a try and let us know if this resolves your issue! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1261310655/addb4e3a804edf3c9e145685768c/CleanShot+2024-11-21+at+15_58_45%402x.png?expires=1732224600&signature=b44c75f4fe5f21bbb41b388932b962a0f65f520fe19e3d0a49c20a5b2e4584d9&req=dSIhF8p%2FnYdaXPMW1HO4zdwOWrR4IDnNs0G5JCK2KDQwzI4ar4bJ%2B1kJJMLH%0AMfot%0A

Hey Tanvi R., that's exactly what I was referring to. I have 4 columns now to achieve what I need for SMB & Mid-Market. I was hoping we could do everything in one column. On top of that, to be able to actually use the result (the new owner), I have to create a merge column to merge all the owners together from the 4 columns, and then use the merged one in my Salesforce record update.

Got it Petra, do you mind sending the table where this is occurring for you here? I'd love to share this with our engineers

Thanks for sending this table Petra! I just took a look at your weighted RR columns, and I see the Weights Column input is empty for all 4 columns. Could you clarify why you set up your enrichments this way without the weighted values?
