Improve UX for 'Select a Table' in Write to Other Table Feature

The UX of the “Select a table to write to” section of Write to Other Table enrichment is confusing and should be amended. When a user is first selecting the table to write to, the user is prompted to click on the long bar. Once a table is selected, the click behaviour of that bar changes and takes the user to that table. In my opinion, the click behaviour should stay the same whether a table has been selected or not. It should always display a dropdown of tables to select from. Recorded what the UX looks like and how it should be changed in my opinion.
