Is it possible to find companies using competing tools/technologies using Clay? If so, how?

Amit S. - BuiltWith can be helpful, I think more for technologies used on a given website like are they using Shopify, or WordPress, but for more enterprise level technologies used at lower levels of infrastructure, I'm not sure BuiltWith is up for that task, but maybe I'm wrong.
