Request for Improved Feature to Filter Rows in Column Activation

Request: You know how in Hubspot when you're turning on a workflow, they ask you if you want to turn it on AND enroll everyone that meets the criteria already OR anyone that meets the criteria as of now only? Would be great to have a similar feature when turning on a column that was offline. Right now the alternative is adding an extra column and filling it with "do not include" and adding a run condition when turning on, but would be great to be able to filter out rows in a more intuitive way
