Hi, I am trying to look for companies that are hiring for jobs whose title has "finance, accounting, collectios, controller, financial". I am unable to figure how to do this for listing outside of Linkedin. Why enrichment should I use? P.S. I want to search for title specifically and not keywords. Keywords give a lot of irrelevant leads.
I asked Claygent to scrape the comapny's website and job portals for these titles and it seems to be working alright. Any feedback on the quality of output or a better way to do this?
You can use the job search enrichment and then use a formula to return results containing those words to another column.
Hey there Rajat thanks for reaching out and appreciate you jumping in Tim! As Tim mentioned we do have number Job Opening integrations that you can use to accomplish this. If using the waterfall in this instance, it will start by using the Predict Leads and Google integrations to find open jobs, based on the job title you are looking for, you can even narrow down the search by entering specific locations as well. Claygent is also another method that can accomplish this as you have seen. One piece of advice I would give when using Claygent would be to ask it to return a Job Application URL as well if you want to be able to see the full posting. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1170127209/bfdb2747bd8eeef8d4d6aec5/image.png?expires=1725555600&signature=b36aa361c23399a039ac0e00af40dd65555cb8d496d066e2bdc9b1baceb7ba63&req=dSEgFsh8moNfUPMW1HO4zfJGykAbBvBTrB92Y2fXRx1LFJapC61IfSMBAwrt%0AtgS4%0A
Thank you, Tim and Luis. For some reason neither of Predictleads and Job search are showing any results for the titles I want, when Claygent is showing results for 6/10 companies. Google open jobs doesn't give an option to search for a "specific title", does it? I can only see a keyword search which makes it too broad for me.
Hey there Rajat, could you post a link to the table where you are seeing this so that we can take a look. Yes I can see what you mean by the Google filter for keywords being to broad I can bring this up with the team and see if any changes can be made to this.
https://app.clay.com/workspaces/124751/tables/t_BoKwDFFwj9KS/views/gv_BFnKUqSYh27f Sure, here's the link, Luis.
I used the same title keywords as I've given to Claygent as an input.
Hey Rajat, thanks for getting in touch! 😊 Yes, Google does provide the option to use keywords, but I understand it can sometimes be too broad. Predict Leads seems like a great fit for your use case, so I’ve added it as part of the jobs waterfall, and it did find some results. Additionally, Claygent can help find more results based on what’s already found. However, it may also pick up some inaccuracies, so I would recommend reviewing the results carefully to ensure everything is correct. Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊 https://docs.clay.com/en/articles/9672280-find-open-jobs-with-predictleads
