Creating an AI Tool to Find the Best Resources for Specific Needs

Is there a way you can create an "AI tool search" for it to determine which tool is best for specific tasks? For example, if I write the prompt: "I'm looking to build a database of influencers and musicians in the US," it would display only the best tools for this purpose, instead of requiring me to use keywords in the "add enrichment search bar" or individually search on Google each tool. This would save time and credits. *Some tools provide better data than others for specific tasks. Also, there are bunch (lots!) of tools that some may not know about or how to use.
