As Clay steers towards being more of a lead qualification / scoring solution, it would be cool to see how many rows get filtered out per column. This then allows you to adjust the filters accordingly. For example, say I’m doing a company funnel looking to weed out companies that aren’t a good fit. My first filtration step is a revenue waterfall and I only want to target companies doing between 5-10M ARR. If I filter out 90% of my list in this first step, I may want to be more lenient and change the filter to 3-12M ARR.
Currently, Clay's filtering functionality allows you to apply various filters to your data, but doesn't directly show the number of rows filtered out per column. However, when using the Filter List of Objects feature, you can see the "Number of Results" in the output, which can help you understand how many items remain after applying your filters. To test different filter ranges and see their impact, you can: 1. Apply your initial filter (e.g., revenue 5-10M ARR) 2. Note the remaining number of results 3. Modify the filter values (e.g., 3-12M ARR) 4. Compare the results This iterative process will help you find the optimal filter ranges for your needs.

I mean this is feedback so a human at Clay might want to hear this 😂 🫶
