HubSpot Create/Update Feature Disappeared: Need Help?

Is it just me, or did Create/Update disappear as a HubSpot option? I used to be able to send a company or contact to HubSpot from a single column and it would create it if it didn't exist or update it if it already existed. Now, it seems like I have to lookup the record first and then have 2 columns, one for create and one for update depending on the results of the search.
