Enhancement Request: AND/OR Filters for Find People Enrichment

Hi! I'd like to add a request for the Find People enrichment - it would be nice if you could configure the search to be AND/OR (example, I wanted to pull in particular cities and states and it reduced list size I was able to pull) - also it would be nice to be able to limit the number of contacts returned of a specific job title - example an enterprise company can have 30 VPs of Product Management, it would be nice when searching for multiple roles in a company to limit to 2-3 of a particular title so when you limit to 10 contacts per company it doesn't return all the same job title/function
