Improve Dependency Graph to Reduce Misclicks and Retain Row Selection

For the dependency graph view, I frequently click it unintentionally while trying to highlight a row via the checkbox, and then lose all my progress on selecting specific rows (ex. I have to go find those 10 rows again manually) Would be great to either:

Move it further from the select row box to reduce misclicks.
Retain row selection history in case I do
