Enhancing Job Referral Matching for Better Candidate Connections

Last week I had created a nifty utility to find people who can refer you to jobs. Currently, the match is just based on company name and adjacent job titles. I am trying to improve the quality of matches. Like, matching the candidate and the referrers based on their location, previous companies, schools they went to. In this case, I am assuming it will return profiles that match ALL the criteria, thus resulting in low matches, especially in smaller companies. I would love if there was a way to get profiles that match 'most' of the criteria, and then I can create a match score and then share it with candidates. That way it will give them an ordered list of people who can refer them to a job. So, essentially the feature request is, if it already doesn't exist: improved 'find contacts' enrichment with the possibility to indicate match score.
