    Hi, we are really interested to get things done with clay and these are the questions that we need to ask for us to know what will be the best decision we will going to do: Data Cleaning and Standardization

    1. 1.

      Automated Data Processing: How does Clay handle bulk data cleaning and standardization, specifically with removing keywords like "LLC," "Inc," and other unnecessary terms? Can this be automated?

    2. 2.

      Data Accuracy and Validation: What tools or protocols does Clay use to ensure data accuracy and compliance with USPS standards, especially for mailing?

    3. 3.

      Duplication and Error Management: How does Clay identify and remove duplicate entries, and does it provide error reports or notifications for data mismatches?

    Integration with Existing Systems

    1. 1.

      Salesforce Integration: How seamless is Clayโ€™s integration with Salesforce, and can it filter data to identify relevant versus non-relevant entries within the CRM?

      Real-Time Data Updates: Once cleaned, can Clay sync data back to Salesforce in real time, and are there any limitations on data volume when syncing?

Data Cleaning and Standardization 1.In regards to standardizing data, we do have specific integrations that can do that for you such as our "Normalize a Company Name" integration. 2.In terms of data compliance we have a number of security documentation that goes over this here. The following documentation goes over some of the feature that can be found with our Salesforce integration. https://docs.clay.com/en/?q=Salesforce 2.Once data is cleaned in Clay you can send the same data back to Salesforce in real time, there are no limitations on the data volume, although it may take a bit if reuploading a high volume of records at a time to Salesforce. Scalability and Efficiency 1. As previously mention above the more records that Clay has to work with, the longer it will take to complete. There are record search/import limits depending on the plan you decided to sign on with, which would change the cost of using Clay. To handle 20,000+ records this would require our Pro plan level, which as a previously mentioned is also where access to our Salesforce integration would begin. 2.Within Clay you can build a template for a data-cleaning workflow which will automatically run once you begin to import the data to the table. The only hands on work you may need to do, will be when it comes to mapping out specific data fields that need to be cleaned inside of the table. But once that has been done the rest of the workflow can operate on its own. Cost and Long-Term Feasibility Considering your need to integrate with Salesforce and the ability to handles 20,000+ records, the Pro plan would be the best plan to optimize your values within Clay. The credit system does apply for most integrations that we have, however the Salesforce integration will not charge credits to use as an API key is required to use these integration.
