I wish my credits has no deadline for expiration date
Yes, it's possible to prevent your credits from expiring. On monthly plans, unused credits roll over and accumulate in your account up to 2x your plan's monthly credit limit. For example, if your plan includes 50,000 credits per month, your maximum balance would be 100,000. If you need more credits, you have two options: 1. Purchase credit top-ups for a particular month. 2. Upgrade your plan for ongoing increased credit usage. Remember, credit top-ups cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit of your existing plan.
It can't be perpetual?
Unfortunately, we don't offer a way for credits to remain in your account perpetually without expiring. Our credit system works differently for monthly and annual plans: 1. Monthly plans: Unused credits roll over and accumulate up to 2x your monthly credit limit. 2. Annual plans: You get all credits upfront to use throughout the year. If you need more credits, you can purchase credit top-ups (at 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit) or upgrade your plan for increased ongoing credit usage. This system ensures flexibility while maintaining a fair usage policy for all our users.
