Automating Prospect Data Enrichment and HubSpot Scoring Solutions

Hey Folks, We have a well-defined TAM and ICP demographic, and our website visitors are already being targeted to match this. We're using HubSpot as our CRM and I'd like to explore ways to better reconcile data for incoming prospects to enrich their profiles. Specifically, I'm looking for a solution to automatically:

  1. 1.

    Enrich prospect data: Upon lead capture, I'd like to automatically enrich the data with missing fields, primarily Job Title and Department.

  2. 2.

    Match against TAM: The system should then match the enriched prospect data against our defined TAM.

  3. 3.

    Append Tier data: Based on the TAM match, all relevant values from our defined Tier systems should be appended to the prospect's profile.

  4. 4.

    Push to HubSpot and Score: This enriched data should be pushed back into HubSpot for lead scoring and queue assignment.

  5. 5.

    Map web hits to account scoring: Ideally, we'd also like to map visitor web activity (hits) to account scoring within HubSpot.

Could you please advise on the easiest way to achieve this? I'd appreciate any insights into existing solutions or the estimated implementation time for such a project. TIA
