Inconsistent Search Results When Running Tables in Clay

I am fairly new to all this … so this is likely just ignorance… but how come every time i run a table with the same parameters it comes back with different # of people in the search? Anyone in Canada/USA who has 5 minutes and is GREAT at Clay want to help me? 🙂
