I ued the find people search to find people from a clay table I have, and it brings back people from companies I don't have in that clay table. I then went and add the companies domain seperated by a coma, and it still brings back people from companies I do not want
The Find People search might return results from companies not in your Clay table due to a few reasons: 1. The search isn't properly linked to your companies table. When opening Find People from a companies table, it should auto-populate with your table's domain/social URLs. 2. The search parameters might not be set correctly. Make sure you've selected the right company table and column (domain or LinkedIn URL) in the search settings. 3. The company information in your table might be incomplete or inaccurate. Ensure your company domains are correct and up-to-date. To resolve this, double-check your search setup and company data. If the issue persists, you may need to adjust your search parameters or refine your company information.

Hey there!
When using the "Find People" search with a Clay table, the system might return people from companies not on your list because they're parent/child companies of the ones you specified, or they share domain . Typically this will happens more on companies when using the domains as well because we'd be translating domains -> linkedin url.
To fix this, you can: 1. Edit the comma-separated domain list in the company input field to remove unwanted companies 2. Add additional filters like company size or location to narrow down your results 3. Use other search parameters to get more precise matches If you notice any data issues, you can right-click on problematic results and select "Leave feedback" so our team can investigate and fix them.
