hey team a small feature rec -- It would be awesome to have something in between WriteTo Table + Share Template + Download & Import process. It's currently a pain or just takes long times to move a batch of data from Table 1 to Table 2 WHILE cloning all the columns (including it's setup)

While it's prob a small usage and not everyone needs it on daily basis but thought it's something really good to have if it's something quick to implment

Use that to create a duplicate 3. Run write to table or import via csv What would be your ideal setup for this workflow? We'll share that with the product team to evaluate.
Thanks Daniella! To answer your question, yes! And of course it involves bunch clicks on filtering/matching in the process. By any means nothing crazy just tedious. Ideally, it would be great to add in something in between such as 1. Select rows or columns 2. Right click 3. Push. Done. This could be really helpful for small batch data movement inside of Clay

To confirm, this would be multi-selecting rows/columns and click on one button to push all the data at once without needing to map each field + being able to multi-select for a small batch of records within a table and right-click to instantly push it to another table?

Hey Bo, for example, many of my tables contain thousands or even tens of thousands of records. While it's possible to use filtering or conditions to send small batches of tens or hundreds of records to a new table, it's just tedious to do so.
Copy template
Create table
Filter for desired data
Write to table
Match each desired field (this is probably the most annoying partβI think a simple UI change might fix it, like an option to multi-select)
Run and wait for it to load
If this were in Google Sheets, I could just drag my mouse or enter a formula to select the data, then copy and paste it into a new sheet within three seconds. Minor inconveniences here and there, but might something really easy to implement i guess?
