Feature Request: Select Specific Employees from Company Table

It would be really useful to be able to select a precise number of employees from the same company within a table — for example, to only launch the most relevant ones into the sequencer, or to limit it to a specific number (e.g. 2 contacts per company) — without having to go through Clay’s "Find Contacts" step, but directly from a table already populated via other sources.

To select a specific number of employees from the same company within a table in Clay, you can use the Lookup Multiple Rows integration and conditional formulas. Here's how: 1. Use Lookup Multiple Rows to count how many cells match a company's identifier (e.g., domain, name, or LinkedIn URL). 2. Create a conditional formula to filter employees based on their company and the desired count. 3. Use our "write to table" feature to export the selected contacts to a new table. For example, you could create a formula that selects the first two employees from each company, or use more complex criteria to choose the most relevant contacts. Hi Nathan, thanks for your message - just to clarify, you'd like to kick off a people search in your company table and push the leads directly from your company table, where there are multiple people search results per row as individual leads in your smartlead campaign?
