I have a table with roughly 18k people in it. I need to track job changes and promotions but it’s capped at 3000 people. Any chance there’s an update on the horizon to expand that limit? Or possibly track job changes based on company instead of individual?
Hi Effy, thanks for reaching out! 1. We don't have a general update planned to increase the Job change signal tracking limit, but can make a few case-by-case extensions depending on your usage and plan. Happy to check with my team what we can do here, not sure if we'll be able to incresae the limit to 18K per table. Could you split this people list into smaller tables/narrow down the people you want to track? 2. Job changes requires a personal LinkedIn url to track which is why company LinkedIns cannot be used here. Instead, we have a signal called monitor for new hires which is in beta right now. Essentially, this allows you to track any new hires at specific companies based on any people filters/conditions you apply. Is this something you're interested in? Happy to help you get this set up!
Oh yes I would certainly be interested in that beta for new hires. I think that could help a lot. I also agree that the people list is pretty expansive but client wants to track a LOT of people - just trying to figure out the best way to do this. If I do split them into smaller tables, could I have them all feed into the same sheet for a master list of job changes?
Just for an example, I'm assuming I will need to build out let's say 4 tables containing the contacts, push each of those into a new job change table, and then from those 4 job change tables, push the info into a master table. Would that be the most efficient way to go about it?
Hey Effy, I see you're on a free plan right now. To be added to our beta program which gets early access to new features, you'll need to be on a paid plan
That's my personal plan, this is for my paid plan that I am inquiring about
