To prevent unintended credit usage when you're not actively in the tab, you can disable auto-updates in Clay. Here's how:
1. Table Level: Click the logo in the bottom-right corner of the screen and select 'Turn off Table'.
2. Column Level: Click the column header, go to column settings, scroll to the bottom of the menu, and toggle off 'Auto-Update' in 'run settings'.
3. For Running Updates: Click the 'Stop Updates' button to stop enrichments that are currently running.
Additionally, it's a good practice to turn off auto-update while building your table. You can do this by clicking the three little dots next to your table name, then clicking on "Auto-Update Columns".
Remember to test enrichments on a few rows before updating the entire table to avoid unexpected credit usage.
