For the smartlead integration: When mapping custom fields over to your smartlead campaign, the title of the custom field must not contain any spaces otherwise it won't map across. ❌ Didn't work → Email 1 ✅ Worked → email-1 Suggestion:

To ensure custom fields map correctly to a Smartlead campaign, make sure the field names in Clay match exactly with the variables in your Smartlead campaign. Avoid using spaces in custom field names. Instead, use hyphens or underscores (e.g., "email-1" or "email_1"). When adding custom fields in Clay: 1. Go to the Smartlead integration panel 2. Select "Add Lead to Campaign" 3. In the "Custom Fields" section, enter the field name without spaces 4. Map these to the corresponding columns in your Clay table Regarding your suggestion for a tooltip or hardcoded input type, we appreciate your feedback.
