Feature Request: Add Delay Step for Fetching Output from Tables

Feature Request!! A 'delay' step - I write to other tables, and these other tables may for example be running an email waterfall to get email details - which takes a lil time. ...therefore I need a delay before fetching the output of that table, as if it runs instantly I get blank results. Hence the delay is required juuuuust to give it enough time. Perhaps a good place for this is on the "Clay > Lookup Single Row In Other Table" - this part. You could set something here like "wait 30 seconds first"... because this is the point you need to wait. Hopefully I've described the case ok!
