Is it just me, or is Clay a lot slower the past couple days? Most of our integration in EVERY table stay in 'queued' and are not being processed. Observing this probably for the past week or so
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing slowdowns with Clay. This can happen when there are large tables or complex workflows in your workbook. To address this:
1. Try a hard refresh of your browser:
- On Mac: Command (β) + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option (β₯) + Command (β) + E (Safari)
- On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5
2. Check if you have large tables or multiple tables linked together, as these can affect performance.
3. Review your workflows for complexity and try simplifying them if possible.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know, and we can look into it further.
Hey there - we've indeed been having a few different infrastructure issues this week, largely due to some issues with AWS. We're working through them as quickly as possible.
