We offer scheduling options for various Clay tools, including lookups and write to table. Here's how you can set them up: 1. For lookups (scheduled sources): • Click the source column title • Under "Sources," select your source • Choose "On a schedule" and set your preferred frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) 2. For write to table and other columns (scheduled columns): • Click the ⛭ icon in your table • Under "Run the table," select "On a schedule" • Choose your frequency (hourly for Enterprise, daily, weekly, or monthly) • Decide to run all columns or only selected ones These scheduling features are available across all our plans, allowing you to automate workflows like updating CRMs, running outbound campaigns, and more.

To run lookup columns individually on a schedule in Clay, you can use the scheduled columns feature. Here's how: 1. Open your table and click the ⛭ icon in the top right corner. 2. Under "Run the table," select "On a schedule." 3. Choose your preferred frequency: hourly (Enterprise only), daily, weekly, or monthly. 4. Select "Only selected columns" instead of "All columns." 5. Choose the specific lookup columns you want to schedule. This setup will automatically re-run your selected lookup columns on the schedule you've set, keeping your data up-to-date without manual intervention.
