Request for Rate-Limit Feature and Error Handling in API Calls

Would love to see the ability to rate-limit or retry an "error"-ed API call in addition to the previous "Retry Until Error-Free" feature I had requested before! One of the most common errors I get for SmartLead and Apollo is hitting the rate limit, which would be helpful to be able to preemptively avoid.
