Would love a feature that tracks/monitor companies turnover i.e who left where that went and new hires were they were hired from. This is on a company level. Maybe add a feature to the existing company growth feature already in place
Isaac, interesting idea here. It does sound like an extension of our features we have now. Like you can monitor tables of people for job changes and promotions (https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/signals-job-changes-overview). And you can monitor companies for new hires (https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/signals-new-hires-overview) Sounds like you want a more consolidate/holistic eye on the before/after? Like, "50% of people arriving at Apple came from Microsoft", or something like that? Or if not the metrics, some more direct views into those paths. Would this be most useful for competitor monitoring, or are there other use cases where you'd want this?
