Seeking Ideas to Identify Small BPO Companies for Outreach

Hey Clay team - Looking for some creativity on finding companies that are small BPO shops (they are outsourced support, sales, etc.). Usually the actual support teams are overseas and the CEO is in North America. I know once we have a larger list we could use clayagents to check out the site and confirm but looking for where to start on the broad approach. Any ideas welcome, thanks!
