Are Snippest and Prompt Templates Workbook-Specific or Shareable?

I am not sure if I missed this, but are snippest and prompt templates specific to a workbook or can they be shared across workspace?

Hey, thanks for reaching out - Could you clarify what do you mean by snippets? Prompt templates are not specific to a workbook but workspaces. Within the same workspace, you can reuse them across the same enrichments. Let me know if you need more clarification! 😊

Ok - Can you confirm if this is expected.
1.
I create an integration template for OpenAI in a workbook
2.
To reuse that template I have to
a.
go to new workbook
b.
pick a column
c.
select integration and the specific kind (generate text)
d.
then pick integration template?
Or am I supposed to find it in the integration top level template (because I only see "popular" in that list)

So, once you save a template prompt within that specific integration, you’ll be able to reuse it in any table or workbook where you apply that same integration. Got it - so that's for recipes - but my point is my templates still do not show in templates alongside "popular" templates.

I think there's room to clarify the terms here bc it's confusing to say "it's your template" when you're not enterprise, and when you're enterprise we call it a recipe and it's shared in a different spot.

Gotcha - Yeah I totally understand your point. Thanks for this! We're always looking to make the product better and this feedback is super helpful for us.
